I have developed a systematic marketing plan for sellers which provides their home maximum exposure to buyers. This system allows sellers to obtain the highest sale price in the shortest amount of time possible.

For my buyer clients I work hard to find them the best home that fits their needs and wants at the lowest price possible. I assist clients in the decision making process by providing comparable sales information and my knowledge of the sold and existing inventory.
